    Oklahoma is now one of the most employer-friendly states for workers compensation. On May 6th, Gov. Mary Fallin signed legislation allowing employers to use an alternative form of workers compensation rather than the traditional statewide system.

    New NTSB Recommendation Calls for Lower Drunk Driving BAC Limit

    In most states, the legal limit for drunk driving is .08 percent blood alcohol concentration. Anything above this number might cause a driver to receive a DUI charge. A recent recommendation from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) would push this limit down to .05 percent.
