Patently-O is a patent law blog authored by Dennis David Crouch, a patent attorney and associate professor at the University of Missouri School of Law.
Business Week magazine calls Patently-O the most widely read patent law blog in the nation.Patently-O was founded in 2005 and has over 230,000 monthly readers, of whom more than 55 are percent male and over 40 years old. More than 600 websites and blogs link to Patently-O, and roughly 75 percent of his readers are in the U.S.
Patently-O features analyzes and links to stories and subjects involving federal law on patents, including statistics, updates on patent cases and prosecution suggestions for investors and attorneys. Crouch also posts comments on every patent appeal that comes before the federal Court of Appeals.
